Phil Wagner, who attended the MLS Training Institute, has bought and sold real estate as an individual investor for 20 years, and he will continue to hold several rental homes.

A 1969 graduate of Georgia Tech with a BSIM degree, he has 32 years of experience with Delta Air Lines, mostly in management.

Wagner, a Stockbridge resident, is married to Brenda Wagner. They have three sons, Clay, 35; Keith, 33; and Chris, 31; and three grandsons, Joshua, 10; Japeth, 6; and Jessie, 3.

He is a member of First Christian Church of Morrow.
