After a successful 25-year career in
our family's Insurance Agency, I set a goal for
myself to accomplish the one thing I had always
desired but never stopped long enough to pursue. I
have always wanted to become a Real Estate
Professional and I have recently obtained the
designation to accompany my passion.
I currently own a dozen real estate
properties that I pride myself in having found and
negotiated great deals at purchase and careful
renovation to guarantee positive cash flow and
instant equity. Having learned that side of the
business and expanding into the remodeling business,
I purchased a piece of lakefront property and
constructed a new house from the foundation up.
Through this endeavor I learned what it is to be a
contractor and how to go about making a profit from
that side of the business. These activities caused
people with whom I came in contact to ask me if I
was in the Real Estate business and if I could help
them. Some of these people wanted to get into Real
Estate investing and others were simply looking for
a new home. This led me to the realization that
while I was successful in my new endeavors, I could
easily share my experience with others as a Real
Estate Professional.
After graduating from the Georgia MLS
school and obtaining my license I joined Coldwell
Banker Bullard Reality. Bullard Reality, a
second-generation firm, has grown to be one of the
largest Real Estate firms south of Atlanta. Their
vast presence in this area and their resources made
it a natural fit for me.
My husband Noel and I have been
married forty years and have two grown children and
six grandchildren. I have lived in the Clayton,
Henry and Butts county areas for the past thirty
plus years. I have been an active member at
Pinecrest Baptist Church for thirty years. I am
dedicated, loyal and I love a challenge. These are
