Linda, who entered real estate with the Bullard organization in 1991, worked in the finance area prior to entering real estate. A Million Dollar Club member for 7 consecutive years, she has won numerous awards from Coldwell Banker Bullard, including membership in the President's Relocation Club for 1999. She also earned membership in the Coldwell Banker International Sterling Society and the Bronze Society (2004) for her production in the past.

Mrs. Folse and her husband O. J. are residents of Coweta County. They have one grown son.
