Jan is consistently a top performer in the Real Estate industry.  A career of over 20 years has provided her with a well rounded background and a reputation of excellence and integrity in the profession.  She is knowledgeable, thorough, effective and dedicated to serving her client's needs.  Her areas of specialty are the marketing of single family residential homes and providing family relocation services.

A graduate of Rutgers University, Jan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences with a minor in Education.  Her academic and teaching background provides her with the skills to be a leader in the Real Estate profession. This background is a benefit to her clients, because she believes in educating them regarding the real estate market along with all the procedures involved in getting to closing.   

Jan completed her Real Estate training at the Real Estate Academy and was an honor graduate of the MLS Training Institute.  She holds designations of GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), and ABR  (Accredited Buyer Representative). She also holds an Associate Brokers license.  She is a member of the Fayette County Board of Realtors.

Jan and her husband Jerry have lived in the Peachtree City/Fayette/Coweta area since 1974.  They have four grown children who were educated in the Fayette County School System.  Jan's first hand experiences in numerous relocations with her family provide her the understanding, knowledge, and patience to be of service to sellers and relocating families.
