My real estate career began in 1975 as a Commercial
Real Estate agent specializing in office leasing and
sales in Los Angeles, CA. I worked in Commercial
real estate until 1992 when I became a broker for
Jon Douglas Company in Pacific Palisades, CA.
There, I specialized in high end residential
properties, selling homes ranging from $500,000 to
$2,000,000.
The
earthquake in L.A. in 1994 prompted my husband and
me to relocate to Sandy Springs, GA. Shortly
thereafter, I became owner/operator of a high-end
retail store, DUXIANA, located on West Paces Ferry
Road at I-75 in Buckhead. The DUX bed was my
foremost product, but I also sold the finest
European bed linens, down pillows and duvets, as
well as other high end accessories. As an owner, I
launched the Southeast market for DUX, established
and built a large customer base, had multiple site
locations, handled lease negotiations and tenant
build outs. In 2003, I sold my stores and, having
gotten hooked on golf by then, my husband and I
relocated to Peachtree City, GA.
I
began this new chapter in Peachtree City by joining
a real estate firm and was again successful in real
estate. I have been with Coldwell Banker Bullard
Realty since January 2006. I have a proven track
record as a sales professional in high-end niche
markets with over 32 years of sales and marketing
success. I am a diligent, skilled negotiator and
have closed transactions with both short and long
sales cycles. Having demonstrated my closing
abilities with buyers, in 2007 Coldwell Banker
Bullard’s relocation director asked me to handle
corporate relocation listings for the Peachtree City
office market which I have been doing ever since.
Besides real estate sales, golf is also a passion.
I am an avid golfer and enjoy playing in couples
golf tournaments with my husband as well as with the
women’s golf league at Flat Creek. I spend my free
time with my husband and my adorable pets. I’m a
people person, love working in sales and am
available to you, by appointment, 7 days a week and
by phone up to 9 pm daily.
