I was born and raised in California. At age 18 my family and I moved to Florida where I spent 11 years before moving to Atlanta Georgia 9 years ago.

Atlanta and its surrounding suburbs have a lot to offer its residents, including many different types of companies and entrepreneur friendly counties.  In addition, Atlanta has grown to be a very vibrant city where many businesses that people call home.  Over the past 5 years the population in the Atlanta region has grown to an average of nearly 77,000 new residents each year between 2000 and 2005 (regional data 2005).  If you are interested in knowing some facts about the growth of south Atlanta, I can help!  Some very savvy people have come to call south Atlanta home for many reasons.  Fayette County’s’ Piedmont Hospital is rated in the Top 100 hospitals in the nation, (Solucient, an Illinois-based healthcare information company March 2005).  Clayton County has Atlanta’s Hartsfield Jackson International airport which has been rated the busiest airport in the world and still growing with a fifth runway to accommodate the rapid growth of Atlanta’s World Port, Clayton College and state university, Gone With the Wind history, (Clayton County website, 2005).  Henry County ranked No. 4 among nation's counties for the rate of population growth in the 1990s (103%), (Census 2000 highlights).  Coweta County was rated the 66^th fastest growing county in the nation (Census 2004).

Community Service is a big part of my life. I enjoy volunteering and consider myself very lucky to be a volunteer at the Georgia Aquarium, scheduled to open Nov.23, 2005, as well as a volunteer for a Clayton County Commissioner’s steering committee for the planning/zoning future development of the county.  I’m also a sidewalk community advocate for many good reasons. Call me and I’ll be happy to share my data with you.  I enjoy mountain biking, landscaping, reading, and attending church. I am fluent in Spanish and I bring an appraiser’s background to real estate sales, and enjoy helping people where I can.  In an aging population, I bring insight that is useful to clients that have special needs.
