"You owe it to yourself to have a professional represent you".
Often teased for being a "perfectionist" Steven feels that people who enlist the assistance of a Realtor deserve to have their best interests served at all times. "They should be able to relax in the knowledge that their agent is going to perform their required duties with excellence and always look out for their best interests."
After a successful career in retail management spanning 15 years and running the gamut from store manager to regional manager with companies such as Edison Brothers Stores, Circuit City and Gateway Computers. Steven has once again aligned himself with other experienced professionals by joining the team in the Newnan office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. "I have moved so many times in my life that I can really empathize with the stress and frustration that often accompanies a move. Especially when spouses, children or other family members will be separated for a period of time." He believes that one should be free to concentrate on the needs of the family and let their Realtor handle the details of the transaction and eliminate as much stress as possible.
Born in San Diego, California and raised in Florida, Steven met his wife Vanessa while in his final year at Florida State University. Since their marriage, they have lived in Newport News, Virginia Gastonia, North Carolina Denbigh, Virginia St. Louis, Missouri and they now reside in Fayetteville with their teenaged twins, Austin and Meagan and youngest son Nicholas.
"Your house doesn't become a home until you become a part of the community." he says. A statement well validated as he is currently serving as the Vice President of his community homeowners association as well as Treasurer of the Lovejoy High School Band Boosters. Both he and his wife are active members of Atlanta City Church where they serve as Cell Group leaders. A bona-fide Jeep enthusiast, whenever possible, he likes to escape to the mountains with his "Jeepin’ buddies" and see what new adventures await them. Call Steven today and let him ease you through your next real estate need. |
