Marian started in the real estate field as a secretary/receptionist for a real estate company in 1978. She received her training at Star School of Real Estate and was licensed in 1980. She concentrated on listing and selling homes in the southern crescent areas.

Marian and her husband Ronald have lived on the south side of Atlanta most of their lives. They currently reside in Coweta County. They are active as committee members of Peachtree City Christian Church in Peachtree City Georgia. They owned a prepress/printing company for more than 12 years and her graphic art experience has worked well in marketing the properties she has listed over the years.

Marian joined the Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty Fayette Office in 2003 and transferred to the Coweta Office in 2004. She is a member of the Newnan-Coweta Board of Realtors and the Coweta County chapter of the Women's Council of Realtors. She was a Million Dollar Club member of the Newnan-Coweta Board of Realtors for 2004. She is also a member of Floyd Wickman StarMakers Platinum Club.

Marian specializes in relocation. She has the CMRS, CMAS, CMIS and CMMS designations and is USAA certified.
