Linda has been in the real estate profession for over 26 years. She began working in the office as a real estate receptionist and soon moved up to secretary and then office manager. She was licensed as a Realtor in 1978 and received her Broker's license in 1983 and graduated from the Georgia Realtors Institute in 1990.

Linda began working with Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty in 1994. She transferred from the Fayette County office to the Newnan Office in 2004. She resides in Newnan with her husband Jim who is also a licensee.

Linda has been a member of the Fayette County Board of Realtors for 10 years and a member of the Newnan Board of Realtors for the past year. She recently received the Phoenix Award for being a million dollar producer for 10 consecutive years. She also won the Know Atlanta Magazine award for the Agent of Year for 2003.

Linda specializes in relocation. She has the CMRS, CMMS, CMIS and the CMAS designations. She desires to make the tranferees move as smooth and stress free as possible. Top notch service is her goal!

Linda listens to her clients snd helps them realize their goals. She enjoys helping others and has patience, honesty and experience. Family is very important to Linda whose sister and daughter in-law are members of her real estate team. Linda has two children and seven grandchildren. She and her husband are members of the Peachtree City Christian Church.
