Dan Warnock has started a new career in Real Estate with Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty in Newnan , GA. He attended the Gaddy School of Real Estate in Peachtree City , GA , and received his Real Estate Licenses in August 2007.

Dan completed High School in Ft. Pierce , FL. and enlisted in the Air Force. He was trained as an Air Traffic Controller and assigned to Orlando, FL. He had a tour in Thule , Greenland and returned to Orlando to be honorably discharged. Dan returned to Ft. Pierce and joined the Police Department. He was an accident investigator and spent time in the Detective Department.

Dan then began a new career with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) in the Air Traffic Control field. After a number of years as a controller, he entered management for the next 20 years. Dan was the Manager of several Air Traffic Control Towers in the southeastern states and then was assigned to the Southern Regional Headquarters in College Park . He retired in 1994 with 35 years in Government service. After several years in retirement, Dan relocated to Washington , DC with his wife Sallie who was employed by the FAA. While in Washington , Dan returned to the FAA as a civilian contractor in a Senior Systems Engineer position. After several years, Sallie and Dan returned to Sharpsburg continuing to support the FAA as a contractor.

March 30, 2007, Dan retired after 8 years as a contractor and became interested in Real Estate. He is looking forward to another long career in Real Estate.
