“I'm looking forward to a great year in 2010 and hope
you are too! Having joined Coldwell Banker Bullard
Realty in fall 2007 I know the real estate market is
ready for a change. In preparation for what is to come
I recently completed the new Short Sales and Foreclosure
Resource certificate offered by the National Association
of REALTORS. Having started work on my Graduate Realtor
Institute (GRI) designation last year, this summer will
be the final chapter of GRI and sitting for the Broker
license exam. Residential resells are the bulk of my
business but if you are looking for horse property I can
help!”
In 2006 Cheryl and
her family moved to Coweta County from Northern
California. With them came a menagerie of animals
including horses, dogs, cats and a fish. They have
thoroughly enjoyed this change; the general beauty of
the area has made them very happy here. While most the
family is still out west they are now closer to family
members already living here in Georgia.
Cheryl is active with
her daughter, helping at school and coaching her soccer
team. During the school year she volunteers at The
Corral, a therapeutic riding facility outside Newnan.
Just recently she began helping at the Habitat for
Humanity ReStore. She is a member of the Georgia
Carriage Driving Association. Besides horseback riding
Cheryl enjoys sewing, quilting and swimming.
