“While the challenging market held for all of 2010 it was a great year for learning!  Besides hitting the books to complete my Graduate REALTOR  Institute designation there were lots of new opportunities in helping clients with a variety of programs.   Gaining firsthand experience with USDA financing, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac foreclosures and short sales has helped me prepare folks with realistic expectations and time lines.  While there may be more restrictions with these scenarios the payoff may be lower purchase prices or interest rates.   We also have a new resource for those who may be selling as a short sale with our alliance with Morris|Hardwick|Schneider and Land Castle Title.  Whatever your situation I’d be happy to help with your real estate needs.”

Cheryl is active with her daughter, helping at school, 4-H, and with her soccer team.   During the school year she volunteers at The Corral, a therapeutic riding facility outside Newnan.  In addition to horseback riding Cheryl enjoys sewing, quilting and swimming.
