A lifetime resident of Georgia and Florida, Ted has served with Coldwell Banker since 1988. Happily married to Annette Rothert of Daytona Beach since 1972, they have 2 married daughters and one granddaughter (Lydia Eden). The Phillips have lived in Metro Atlanta since 1976.

Hobbies include hunting, fishing, general contracting, and (of course) loving grandchildren. The Phillips' are members of Prince Avenue Baptist Church (Athens, Georgia) where Ted teaches a men's Bible Class and serves in the preschool department (K-5).
