Hello! Thank you for wanting to learn a little bit about me. There’s an old adage that says, “It matters with whom you do business.” So let me introduce myself. I live in Stockbridge, Georgia, but I’ve also lived in Burlington, New Jersey, and New Rochelle, New York. My friends call me Sam. My personal goal is to provide the area communities with paramount service in residential, investment, and commercial real estate services, and contribute to the growth and development of our communities through avocation and professional activities. I enjoy playing the saxophone and do so regularly at Faith Deliverance Christian Church International in Morrow, Georgia.

I am an experienced investigator of regulatory issues related to real estate. With over 22 years of military experience, I am familiar with the special needs of military service members. I am an experienced manager of multiple family properties and real estate investment projects and own several investment properties of my own.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Liberty University, and I am a graduate of the prestigious United States Army Sergeants Major Academy, Fort Bliss, Texas. I provide my clients with outstanding client counseling, education, and service through the arduous task of buying or selling a home.
