Stephanie Fenton is the daughter of a career army dentist and has lived all over the Unites States as well as Europe and Japan. Following her formal education that includes a B.S. and M.S degree from Georgia State University, she began selling real estate in Henry County with Clark Realty is 1984. From 1980 until 1995 she owned and operated The Old House Works, Inc. a residential acquisition and remodeling company. During that period she also worked as a real estate paralegal with a Buckhead law firm.
She was an active life member of the Metro South Association of Realtors Million Dollar Club, and she chaired the Ethics Committee for the Board for seven years.
Stephanie lives with her husband, Michael, on a small farm in Henry County where she breeds Irish Connemara ponies. Her other hobbies include writing fiction, reading, antiquing and decorating.
In early 2004, she was hired by Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty as Training Director. Currently she is developing and coordinating post license training programs for all agents and managers with the company.
