Phil Born received his pre-licensing training at Georgia MLS and his post licensing training at Coldwell Banker Bullard College.  He is actively involved in continuing education and training through Metro South Board of Realtors. Phil has received  additional training through seminars with John Neumann ,and Mark Leader where he graduated from the Leader’s Choice training program, a nine week course designed to enhance the knowledge and skills necessary to better serve today’s market. He specializes in residential resales, foreclosures, and investment properties.

Born in Rex, he is a lifelong resident of Clayton County.  He also plays trumpet in the Tara Winds, an all adult concert band who performs both National and International concerts.  They are actively involved with with fine arts and other community activities in the county. They provide numerous scholarships for high school seniors to attend college with an emphasis in music.
