Specialists designation, which allows her to market the
company's luxury residential properties to affluent
buyers worldwide. Only 5% of more than 90,000 Coldwell
Banker Sales Associates have been awarded this
designation. Nancy ranked Top Producer,
1st Runner Up for
sales in 2006 in her office at Coldwell Banker Bullard
Realty and achieved 2nd Runner Up for the year in
2007. In February 2008, she was #2 Agent of the
month. Nancy works with new homes sales, buyers,
sellers, foreclosures and persons relocation worldwide.
Nancy is also certified as a Cartus Network Affinity
Specialist (CNAS) and Cartus Network Referral Specialist
(CNRS). Nancy is currently pursing her GRI (Graduate
Realtor Institute) designation.
Previous to Nancy's successful real estate business, she
worked 22 years in the communication field at various
positions at AT&T. She achieved the second highest
sales for new contracts in the Western Region with a
client signing a three-year contract for $60 million.
Nancy is a member of the Metro South Association of
Realtors and an active member of the Million Dollar

is from Seattle, WA and currently resides in
Stockbridge, GA with her husband Norman. Nancy is an
