Born
and raised in the Southern Crescent of Atlanta, Melissa
truly knows the Southside of Atlanta! Finding someone
that still lives in same town they were born in is a
rarity these days; some would call it boring, but
Melissa calls it knowledge! "Living on the Southside of
Atlanta all of my life has provided me with the
knowledge and history of the areas I’m selling...and
that goes a long way when you’re helping people buy and
sell!"
Melissa has over eight years of Real Estate
experience and closed over 3.5 million dollars worth of
real estate in 2007. She is frequently the top sales
agent in her office, the latest honor being in July.
Melissa was named the number nine Coldwell Banker agent
in the state for closed listing units during the first
quarter of 2008.
Melissa also brings to the table a Bachelor’s of
Science in Business Management. She's a member of the
National Association of Realtors, the Georgia
Association of Realtors, the Metro South Association of
Realtors, and the Georgia Multiple List Service (MLS).
Melissa has also earned the designation of Certified
Negotiation Specialist.
