Loy Hutcheson, who is an associate broker, started working in real estate in 1989, and he affiliated with Bullard Realty Company late in 1994. In 1995, he was Bullard Realty's first runner-up for top-producing agent companywide and he was second runner-up in 1997.

From 1995 through 1999, he led the Butts County office in sales and was No. 2 producer in 2000. Selected for membership in the Million Dollar Club and Bullard Realty's President's Club, he also received membership in Coldwell Banker's International President's Circle in 1997, 1998 and 1999 and the International Diamond Society in 2000.

Hutcheson was an educator in Butts County from 1966 until 1989, working as a football coach, teacher, and two-term county school superintendent. He has also been a home builder in Butts County for many years, building over 100 homes under the name Hutcheson Building Co.
